Found in Mexico from south Guanajuata and central Jalisco to the Pacific coast

Overview
They snake has 13 to 18 red rings and commonly has a darked flecked light snouth. while the red bands ar quite wide, the black are bands are thinner and the white is very thin.

Size
Average size around 110 cm

Genetic:
Albino (recessive gene)

Legislation:
The Lampropeltus Nelsoni falls under CITES II, to own this snake you need CITES import papers when it's wild caught or you need for captive bred animals a certificate of origin from the breeder. You should get this when you buy the animal.
