From Sonoran desert, Northwestern Sinaloa Mexico and small parts of Arizona.
Overview
They are deep black with a powerfull body to constrict prey items. It's a non venomous snake.
Size
Average size around 90 cm - 120 cm, but in captivity they can reach 150 cm.
Legislation:
The Lampropeltus Nigritus falls under CITES II, to own this snake you need CITES import papers when it's wild caught or you need for captive bred animals a certificate of origin from the breeder. You should get this when you buy the animal.
